I am very excited to have reorganized my web site today. Feeling like I have starting to get a better feeling of creating powerful web sites for people.
Lesson from aikido last night. Being full present in your body squared away. Allowing the system to feel deeply. Preparing yourself to open the doorway to the next level.
Having fun hanging out today with Toby of Phillips Winery
This is part of Miguel's test - Randori
Great Job last night with his Nidan Aikido demostration ( 2 degree black belt)
I am grateful to be healthy and able to train #Aikido with a true master Robert Nadeau
Taken: Cafe Graditude, San Francisco
This photo struck me today. Surrounded by so much information. Wonder where it all goes!
Body to body connections. Hanging out with Big John. Best night in a long time on the matt.
Thankful for my teacher Robert Nadeau
Thoughts for today
How to incorporate knowledge to the system. At aikido last night I was trying to be more fluid and flow my nage. What happened - I found my mind telling my body what to do, try harder, do it better , that's not it, what's wrong with you, etc
Wondering how to relax my mind when I start training. I am clear that my mind can not tell my body what to do, but this is the way I have always done it.
Easy the mind, let the body feel, allow the system to work.
Easy, easy, allow the system
This is a drawing by Henry showing the relationships with your partners. The first one with the uke going around your center and the second one the uke and nage going around a common center.
Henry Kono studied with Morihei Ueshiba for 4 years in Japan.

I like this quote
" Aikido, loosely translates means a harmony of spirt and body, the opposite of what most of us experience when faced with conflict. " Terry Dobson
